Need help with Traffic Violation question

Hello folks,

Would appreciate your help in the following situation.

I received two traffic tickets in 2004:

1) Leaving scene of accident
2) Unlicensed Driver

These tickets were pleaded down in Court to:

1) Failure to report accident
2) Failure to possess DL, Registration

I did not get any points for the above situation nor do I have any traffic violations since then. For the above I had to pay a monetary fine. I have a court certified disposition stating the above.

Should I submit a copy of the court disposition along with my N-400 application?

Were the tickets over 500$? Were you arrested, or charged? If not you don't have to disclose them. I would still bring your paper work to the interview just incase it is brought up. Here is what the N-400 says:

Note that unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 and/or points on your driver's license.
