Hello,
I have been contemplating applying for my naturalization for some time. I have past the threshold and so I can apply any time.
of course as many know, the cost of application is increasing tremendously in the first week of October, which is soon approaching.
My expired passport and Drivers License (DL is from another state that I no longer reside in), but the expired documents were what was holding me back, that and covid.
from some research it seems like the documents being expired does not matter. Is this true?
Could I start the application process ASAP to avoid the increase in fees? Any other insight would be great.
Thank you.
