Hi all, I have been perusing multiple forums. One common thread in posts I read is that of people who got rescheduled in Sept, the majority had contacted USCIS about their case. Prospectives report contacting USCIS by logging in. Does anyone know the instructions for this? I had regularly been checking account since reopening in June. I applied in mid March so it's been 6.5 months now with no movement after NOA. I feel like there won't be any movement unless I prod them.

I got reply in a day's time when I wrote it in Mid-August. Not sure if it helped then, but I did get bio-metrics scheduled notice on 10/2.Last edited by GCNY; 10-04-2020, 08:41 PM.

Thanks guys, I wrote to them this past Thurs evening. However in the meantime I found out that 1) they work only Mon-Thurs and 2 ) that they only reopened on July 27th. Therefore, the 90 day deadline will be fulfilled on Oct 27th.This means that today is the first work day they had to respond and of course, no response.
I filed in mid March, March 20th to be specific-immediately after lockdown. I was under the wrong impression that they had reopened on June 4th. USCIS field office did reopen and anyone with an interview or oath got quickly rescheduled.
Still no word on biometrics. I'll let you all know if I get a response.
I read on the other forum and I generally agree that the priority are 1) rescheduling those who had bios 2) issuing re-use to those with ROCs. UNFORTUNATELY I am EB based. So my bios are 5 years old and thus expired by their idiotic rules.
I also wrote in the same manner, Dear Sir/Madam to make it seem official. I wrote a lengthy message though explaining when I applied, and that I do understand their trials and tribulations but I am getting very concerned that it's been 7 months and no bio.
