Awaiting Biometrics since Mar 2020

Hello, my biometrics was scheduled for March 2020 and later cancelled due to Covid 19 closures. I have not heard back yet about the reschedule.
Is anyone else in the similar situation and have you tried contacting USCIS? Did they provide any helpful information?

I am a March filer. the difference is that I did not yet have an appointment when USCIS closed down . I did try contacting them. I called them in August and was told they had just begun rescheduling bios. I now found out that it's b/c the ASC opened on July 27th . I emailed them a week ago and no response.
What's your ASC?
I am guessing that this is b/c biometrics were pushed to the back of the line. the ASCs remained closed for long long after USCIS field offices opened.

MariaLT I emailed them last Friday the 2nd. specifically I sent the message on Thursday eve so today marks 5 full business days starting with last Fri they had a chance to respond and at this point I am going to say they ignored me.

USC: You are right; they opened at different times. Mine is KCMO. I am not sure how one would know level 1 vs level 2? Please do enlighten us on what these categories stand for. I assume 1 is superior in rank but how would we get this info?

stairsandstars I do not have personal experience speaking with USCIS contact center however read in some forum about these levels. My center is Newark NJ. I am also planning to send an email and see what happens. Let us know what response you get.

Hello both I sent a short follow up message referencing my message from last week. I will attempt calling them again. The ASC here in KCMO is closed on Fridays but the people on the end of the line are at a central location possibly even working from home.

Hello all, I am a March 2020 applicant as well. My bio-metrics were scheduled in April 2020 and were cancelled due to the pandemic. After a long wait, bio-metrics were rescheduled and i had them taken on 09/24. Following the bio-metrics, my interview is scheduled on 11/12. If you are still waiting for bio-metrics schedule or reschedule from March 2020, I would suggest to reach out to your senator or congressman/woman.

I don't know about writing to Senators-both are Republicans and aren't going to do jacksh* about this case. The only Representative who'd be favorable is Sharice Davids but she's not in my district. Mine has a Republican whose seat is up for grabs but will most likely win again.
Incidentally, back when my mom got naturalized which was decades ago (yep yep yep I was also eligible through her but missed that boat), Biden sped up the process for her. No joke. You can guess her vote now.

Hi All - My original biometrics was scheduled on April 2^nd, 2020 but it was considered automatically cancelled as the USCIS Tukwila, WA office was closed due to COVID-19. I have not received a reschedule request and I was trying to follow-up to see if there is anything I need to do from my side to get to the status of my case.
It’s been 90 days since the Tukwila Office is now open. Kindly advise.

Thank you. I just got an email from them saying that the field office has requested a biometric scheduling for me at the ASC. I am awaiting a slot. I am not sure how long it'll be after this.

I am a June 2020 filer, got my bio-metrics appt letter in the mail today for end of October appointment for bio-metrics. Got email notification on 10/2 & letter showed up in Documents tab on 10/5.
