Thanks for the update and congrats. Did the email notification state you've been scheduled ? I am just fearing mine is a boilerplate response -for all I know the ASC may have had my case pending since July and unable to find a slot.

Yes, the email stated that I had been scheduled for a biometrics appointment during the weekend. Then, on following Monday mid-morning, appointment notice appeared in my USCIS online account under documents tab with appointment details/time/location/date. This matched physical letter that came in about 10 days after email notice.

Glad to see some movement for you. I also sent them a message and awaiting their response.

          What's your ASC?
I am guessing that this is b/c biometrics were pushed to the back of the line. the ASCs remained closed for long long after USCIS field offices opened.
I tried to call the 800 number today but could only get automated message and status. Is there a different no. to call to speak to them? or how did you get to their agent?

it seems like many people are having problem calling them.

You have to call and just press 0 and 0 and 0 until it says the average wait time is 65 minutes or something like this.
But you won't get much. I've talked to them thrice by now and always get the same canned response.
I don't think that ANY of us who did not yet have bios will hear from them EVER.

Could anyone please tell me where do I email them specifically? I filed in July and have heard nothing at all. I'd appreciate any information. Thank you

Just a general comment for all! when mention your case, it almost makes no sense if you don't list the state and office you are filing for! Every jurisdiction has a different timeline!

We applied for naturization on March 20th together with my wife, on october 13th I wrote to USCIS, got a response on 22 october, she was scheduled for biometrics on November 16th, i was not scheduled, how is it possible that they will schedule her and not me?
