I am aon L1B visa (specialized skill)

1. Can i apply for Green card

2. what is the procedure for My type of visa (L1B)

I have now completed 1 yr in States, and my visa is till March 2012.

3. What is the quickest way to get the GC,

4. and if my company applies for the GC how soon i can get that.

1. No you cannot apply for a Green card but you company has to apply for you saying that they are offering you a permanent position therefore a GC.

2. The procedure is the same however you do not have labor certification so you skip one step, they can file a I140 for you directly.

3. I would say get married to a US citizen.. that maybe the quickest. Or Joint the Armed forces, thats another option (you may have to serve in Iraq / Afghanistan)

4. How soon... thats anyones guess, as time frame changes all the time an are dependent on a lot of factors that one cannot predict with certainty.
