Question 15-18 and traffic tickets - quick question

Hi,

Would appreciate your help in answering the following question.

If one pleaded guilty to traffic tickets (0 points, less than $500 fine, no arrests, no detention) in 2004,

then in the N-400 form, is it ok to say NO to all questions 15-18 (section 10 D)?

Or

Should one say Yes to questions 15-18 and send court dispositions?

or

should we say No to some questions from amongst 15-18 and say Yes to other?

Please advise.
