Hi All,
I had my naturalization Interview this morning in New York and it went very well. I got there about 25 mins before my scheduled time and had to wait for about an hour before my name was called. The place was not packed and the office was very organized.
The immigration officer swore me in and asked only for my Green card. I had a whole bunch of documents like my social security card, drivers license, tax return and transcripts and so on but the Immigration officer did not ask for them.
I was asked 6 basic test questions which I answered all correctly. The immigration officer also went through my N-400 and I had to sign my passport photographs and some other stuff.
The actual interview lasted for only about 10 to 15 mins. I was given the sheet of paper that says " Congratulations, you have been recommended for approval..."
I thank God all went smoothly. Now I have to look out for my Oath Letter.
Good Luck to ALL
