Hello Immizens
I filled I130 for both of my parents on Sept 3 2020. On Nov 9 I received email for National Visa center for taking next steps forward for my father only. I checked the ISCIS portal which still shows “receipt of application” for my mother and case closed application sent to state department for my father with approval of I130 in documents on Nov 5 2020.
Is this normal? If not what will be my next option? Has it happened with anyone else?
