N-400 - About Citation:Mention more than 10 yr old traffic ticket / citation or not.

Similar question has been posted earlier but this is slightly different version of it:

Question 1 : I had couple of traffic tickets in 2006, paid on time. Should I mention these on N-400. It will be difficult for me to find any record of those as they were in other states? There are now 13 yr old tickets.

Question 2: My wife got a speeding warning (not citation/ticket) in 2015 (little over 5 yrs ago). Should we mention that on her N 400?

You can read the instructions on the N-400 but I believe it says you can exclude minor traffic tickets.

Still, there is no harm in listing it and I would. If it's really only a couple of speeding tickets from 13 years ago, it won't hurt your application and it will show that you are honest & have good moral character.

Your wife does not need to disclose the warning.

You should mention it. They are strict about things like that. However, you don’t need to provide any documentation about them. It’s written somewhere on USCIS website. I mentioned all of mine and interview was smooth
