N400 - No progress

I submitted my N400 (Bay area, CA) on June 28th 2020. I still haven't received my bio-metrics appointment. I see some folks who filed before June 2020 are also still waiting.

Has there been any communication from USCIS about this delay and when the normal processing is likely to resume ?

I am also waiting for Biometrics- mine is 21st Sep-2020 Atlanta.

How much time normally it takes after receiving the receipt number?
Processing time on the USCIS website showing the E2E time for the citizenship after filling the application.

My mom applied end of April, 2020 in LA, California. Have not heard on biometric yet

I filed End of Oct, 2020 at West Palm Beach, FL and no bimetric.

CA - Bakersfield:
7/15/2020 - applied online
1/13/2021 - got a Notice of action, informing that USCIS is able to reuse previous biometrics

Meanwhile, my 18 months extension to the green card expired in March. At the moment I have I-751 and N-400 pending.
