I filled my N-400 on 8-5-2019. Interview was scheduled on 15thApril 2020, got cancelled due to covid.
Then I went for interview on September 17th Newark FO. Minutes before my interview they cancelled it as there computer system was not working. I spoke with supervisor for rescheduling and she said interviews are scheduled by some central office. On January 5th,I reached out to USCIS, got informed that FO only schedules interview. Also I got automated msg that they have no slot for interview even though my case has passed the duration /limit.
My question is should I just wait and do nothing about it. My main concern is what if I have to travel and interview date comes up, then again rescheduling will put my case more behind and it will become a loop. There is anyway I can contact FO
