I had my interview at NYC Federal Plaza.Passed the test, answered the questions. However due to an arrest that happened BEFORE even my green card was issued (7 years ago) the IO told me that "decision can not be made" since supervisor needs to review. The arrest was for an assault and it happened in another country.I submitted court disposition showing that the case was dismissed. I am concerned since based on what I have read ,they can easily reject even though this is outside the statuary period of 5 years.
