Urgent: N-400 Application Filing

Hi There,
I am a little bit confused about filling up the N-400 application but when I was about to go to "Your Family" section. Then I got 2 questions similar to each other but can have a huge impact if not filled correctly. Those questions are:

1: Has your current spouse ever used a previous legal name? Yes OR No.
2: Has your current spouse used any other names since birth? Yes OR No.

FYI: I married only once and my wife had a different surname before marriage but after marriage, she is using my surname going forward. For example, Julia (First name) Jones (Last name) before marriage, but Now Julia (First Name) Richardson (Last name), she also holding passport under Julia Richardson.
Here, I am not sure what to check yes or no?
Please help me figure this issue out and be able to complete the form on time.

My Wife had a similar situation and just completed her interview@Dallas on 02/04/2021. Hope this helps.

Has your current spouse ever used a previous legal name? - Yes
Has your current spouse used any other names since birth? No (Because for my wife her First Name never changed only her Surname changed)

On another note, when she asked during her Interview to get the 1st part of her Family Name that she is using currently moved to her Middle Name, she was told that it would be a Name Change and now she has to wait for 3-4 months until she gets to take Oath.
