Anyone in Fairfax had Oath Ceremony recently

Below is the timeline
applied in September 2019
biometrics in October 2019
interview in November 2019 - passed with no problem. Application is also approved. No name change performed. Asked for same day oath, not at this time
waiting on oath ceremony since that time

call USCIS - stated to wait for it to be schedule
Requested congressman to send letter

not sure why its taking long time... i see other people on forum getting their oath taken within days or week.
