N400:Employment Question
Hello All,
I am preparing to file my N400 form in the next few days.
I have been unemployed for past one year because of the pandemic.
The reason why I'm still on unemployment is my company is temporarily closed and will be open soon as per the company's owner.
Q1). Should I state unemployed in the N400 form and apply or should I wait till i go back to work to apply.
Q2). Also, In the Question, Have you ever failed to file taxes since you became a PR.
I have filled taxes flor past 4 years and No overdue.
But the very first year which I became a PR was in June and I did not make enough money to file taxes for the year. So I did not file taxes.
How Should I answer?
