Can I apply for citizenship?

Hi

I'm a US resident status CR-1 since January 2018 and my conditional resident status has been extended till July 2021
I'm a resident and I'm married and live with my husband for more than 3 years. Am I eligible to file the N-400?
The condition from my resident ship was not removed due to COVID delays, instead it was extended for 18 months from the expiration date on my permanent resident card so I'm confused

From what I understand you can apply for citizenship even if you are still in the process to remove conditions.

Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
Day 1 - Package received at the lockbox
Day 999 - Card delivered to me - Aug 2021
