USCIS shows RFE but when I called they said nothing is sent

I applied for N400 in 9/20.
I received the Biometrics notice end of 2/21
Yesterday when I logged into my account, it showed that a Request For Evidence is sent in mail. However I didn't receive it.
Today I called USCIS and when they looked into my profile, they said nothing is sent. The latest mail is just the Biometrics update. They mentioned it could be a glitch in the system.

What should I do? Should I request with a Tier 2 officer to speak?

Did anyone else have something like this?

Did you apply for N400 online? Do you have an online account? The letter should appear on your online account a couple of days after the status change.

yes. when I sign in online I see the RFE as an update but there's nothing under the "documents" section

That’s exactly what happened to me. I will have to call Monday and ask what’s going on.

I've been checking my online account but there's really no documents at all. I still haven't received anything in the mail. That "Request for Evidence" is also not clickable.
