N400 with dismissed charges

We had an ugly divorce and to get the best deal in divorce she filed restraining order and got me arrested .

later I was proven not guilty and charges dismissed. We were now divorced and it’s been 5 years gone.

im Eligible to file my citizenship now. Is it affects my citizenship?

It does not. On n-400 form you need to mention all charges and include proof from court that they were dismissed. That includes even traffic tickets, USCIS needs to know they were paid off. Good luck!

I do have a disposition from court that says all charges are dismissed. Also as per statutory period the documents are destroyed and I got certified destruction letter as well.

the arrest happens more than 5 years ago
and exactly on the date of disposition I applied n400

still wondering to hear from folks here is anyone recently got approval ??
