Hi, i have a few questions! I will be filing my citizenship in January(90 days of the 3 yr residency) based on marriage..resident since apr 2008,married since aug 2007..but then,i will be moving alone in different state because of job and possibly going back to school for 2 yrs or more..i know i need to change my address (and inform USCIS) including my dv license,insurance,how will it affect my case if i file?what's the best thing should i do? pls help!thanks a lot!

pls..can anyone help..if i move this year before my filing in january..will i still be eligible for the requirements if i change my address i know im eligible for the 3 yr requirement as married to USC and will be 3 yr resident on april next year..does it mean i need to stay on my address while im filing until the examination?Im jobless for more than a year now and this is my chance to get a work and save so i can go back to school as my husband and i planned..ur response is appreciated..ty

Must be in jurisdiction 3 months before you file
You have to be in the jurisdiction where you file for 3 months before. If you file and then because of changed circumstances, you have to move to a new jurisdiction, they may transfer your application to the new jurisdiction.
