I am in US. I applied for N600 three months ago and it stays in "Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Sent" status since then. I read that I should get biometrics notice or notice that biometrics is not necessary withing 3-5 weeks after applying... Should I call USCIS or it is still considered a normal timeline and I should not be worried? At what moment it is legitimate to call level two immigration officer if I suspect my case is getting delayed. Thank you.

    Check USCIS' processing time webpage.

it is not useful as it shows 6-14 months processing time but it does not tell you if it is normal that biometrics is not scheduled after 3 months in the process.

Unless you are outside that time, there isn't much an officer can do.
