Case is actively being reviewed by USCIS

Hello,

I live in Wisconsin. I submitted N-400 2 days ago online. Now the status changed to "Case is actively being reviewed by USCIS". Our records show nothing outstanding at this time.
What does it mean? It has only been 2 or 3 days upon submission.
Any help?

It means that the application was received and is being reviewed. Now you wait for the biometrics notice, which could take 30-90 days

it is said that they would use the biometrics info in the past. So I do not need to go to the Application Center for biometrics and fingerprints.
They sent me a biometric notice in USCIS account. Do you know how long it will take as usual? Thanks

I did receive the biometric service notice yesterday. It says, " I do not need to go to the Application Center for biometrics". They will simply use my previous biometrics for N-400.
How long do you think it will take to get an interview letter ? I live in Wisconsin and the status is what i mentioned above.

Interview depends on the processing center. For Milwaukee, WI it could be 2-5 months

Since the biometric notice has been sent and I no longer need to go to the Application Center.
Do I only need to wait for the interview letter? Will the civics test be done during the interview? What's the best way to get prepared for the civics test?

You should google citizenship interview or go to the USCIS website. You can find all documents there
