Physical Address question on N400 form - Help Needed Please

Hi,

I I filed an Address Change with USCIS in Sept. 2019 when I moved to CA. But I have been staying in PA with my kids since Jan. 2020 due to COVID-19. Now I decided to continue to stay in PA until the COVID-19 is over. So I filed another address Change with USCIS today.

I plan to apply for the N400 a week later from PA address. Is this OK? If I enter the From Date for the current PA address as Jan. 2020, does USCIS think I lie since I just filed the Address Change today? Or I have to wait for another 3 months before I can submit my N400?

Answer: Yes. I don't think you will have a problem filing petition after you changed the Address.

Answer: There is a chance. But, since you have a valid reason, you can explain in case if it raises the question.
Or I have to wait for another 3 months before I can submit my N400?
Answer: Waiting is not required in this situation.

Would a 3 month wait period also be required if I change my residence within the same city?
