In line for oath ceremony stuck in no-mans land.

My husband and I had our citizenship interview at the San Jose, CA Field office on 6/16/2021. Our status online indicated 2 different things the next day. His status "your oath ceremony is scheduled" and mine was "you are in line for an oath ceremony". He received his letter a few days later and had his ceremony on 7/10/21. My status has not changed. My lawyer says I may have missed the "cut off" but there was a ceremony after his on the same day with another 50 people. I am trying to find out if anyone has had an interview after my date (at the SJ field office) and have an oath ceremony scheduled. That way I will know I am stuck in a line up to nothing. I can't make an inquiry until after 90 days apparently, even if it is an error on their part. Thanks for any responses.

Mine has been like this "Oath Ceremony Will Be Scheduled" for more than a month now and I'm yet to receive a letter from the Omaha field office. I hope there is no glitch in my application.

Hi SJ Boxer, did you ever get your oath ceremony scheduled? My wife interviewed at San Jose Office too and has been in line for oath ceremony since 8/18/2021
