  • Moved right after GC approval, effect on Naturalization

    Hello all

Been trying to get an answer on this for a while.

My case is employment based GC (EB1 based, no labor). My work location changed to a different state just 15 days before 485 approval but for the same job and same employer.

Does this have any impact on future naturalization? Does USCIS rescind the GC based on this change?

Thanks in advance for the advise.

    Worrying about nothing

What you should be concerned about is actually receiving your Permanent Resident Card in the mail. Hope that went OK.

Wth employment-based cases, they don't really give a darn what you do after you gain status.

EB-1, must be a bright person and undoubtedly you've got a good job. You the kind of folks this country needs and wants.

    Stop worrying over nothing......

    Bye,
