Pass Receipt date for case inquiry

Hi, I would like to know what to do after your filing date has passed for case inquiry. I filed the e-file form but still have not received any updates. Has anyone done it and can tell me the what to do next?

Hi,
You meant to say you raised service request and not got any update as of now? Or you want to raise service request? If so,
If your petition filing date is outside normal processing time, you can raise service request through USCIS portal.
If you raised service request, Hope you have received acknowledgement copy over Email. Normally, it will take some time to receive further update from USCIS against service request. I would say, Minimum 15 days.

Yes I have raised a service request and have not received any update. It's way pass the 15 days. I do not know what else to do.
