Hello all,
I attended the citizenship interview last week (in Philadelphia) and successfully passed the English and U.S. history and government test. Other parts of the interview went very well also. There is NO single controversy nor red flag for my case. I was not asked to provide any additional evidence/information either.
However, the field officer told me because they haven’t received my file (from the USCIS headquarter), they can only choose “a decision cannot be made yet about your application” in N-652. The field officer even showed me the empty folder. Currently, USCIS still shows my case status as “the interview was scheduled”
Anyone had a similar experience? Any advice will be much appreciated.
