Application receipt Number Number NBC* for Souther California (San Diego) ?

Hi

I have received receipt with application number starting with 'NBC*'.
Is this common for Souther California (San Diego) ?

I thought it would start with WAC... Anything that I need to worry now.

N-400 Application received date September 1st
Sent to "Arizona" address as mentioned in the guide.

I think that's normal. My application # from earlier this year was also NBC*____ and I'm from Northern California. And all of california applciations go to the same place for initial processing..
