Letter to reopen Naturalization after no-show interview

My wife had a scheduled Naturalization interview on June 23rd, 2021. Unfortunately due to an honest calendar mistake and a small family emergency on the morning of the interview, she did not appear. A month later we received communication from them stating that due to her no-show, her case has been abandoned, however we can send a letter requesting it to be reopened.

Looking for advice or sample letter for sending to Immigration officer to reopen the case. Thank you
