N-400 - Husband/Wife Applying on Same Day/Interview also same day?

If myself and my wife submits our N400 on the same day means, will these process as a joint application? Is there a chance our process will be on same day like bio-metrics/ interview process etc

or will we called on separate days? I just wanted to know how USCIS treats 2 applications from the same household -> husband/spouse.

I'm in GC for 5 years which I got it thru my employer.
