4 months away from Usa within the last 5 years

Hello.

I’m a permanent resident since 03.22.17. And I will be eligible to apply 90 days prior to my 5th year anniversary which will be end of 2021.

my question is; I have been away 4 months for the last 5 years. Does this affect my application date?

Does it add up to my application date? Like, I will be able to apply in April 2022, instead of December 21?
