Need Help in citizenship form Part 8. (E)

Hi there, i am GC holder since 2006, i am applying for citizenship, little coufused in Part 8. (E) question. please someone can help me out.

my wife country of citizenship is india, but she is a permanent resident of canada, and she is living in canada, she never been in usa.

Part 8. e 1. India

....... 3. ????? (what i suppose to write down here )))

i would be thankful if some one answer my question.

She has Indian citizenship and she is not a canadian citizen so just put India
