Quitting Job After Green Card

Hello friends,

- Is there a minimum recommended duration one should stay with the employer through which they got the green card?
- What are the implications if you quit the employer 3 months after getting the green card?

It's my understanding that employer based green cards (where the employer and their attorneys spend the money for the process and fees) usually have some kind of contract. A former Korean coworker told me her contract was two years. I never inquired about what the penalty for breaking the contract but I imagine it involves repayment of all fees including attorney costs.
