Mailing out packet-Quick questions

I'm in the process of mailing out my application sometime next fortnight.

I have a couple of questions,that I wanted to be sure about.

What Ink to use for signing the form ,BLUE/BLACK?

Do any of the supporting documents (Green card/Divorce decree/marriage certificate ) have to be notarised ?

We used black ink. No need to notarize anything. Just send a copy of all of these documents.
