  • Re entry permit & Naturilazions issue

On 26/06/2013, I've got my green card and continued to reside in my native country In order to not having any issue i got re-entry permit.

    1st entry permit 26/06/2014-26/06/2016

    2nd re entry permit 27/06/2016-27/06/2018

I came into the United States on 20/12/2017 about 6 months before expire date of re entry permit and from that date and on I've been living, working in USA and paying regular taxes.

    Chapter 4
    “Continuous Residence” Example
    • An applicant became a Permanent Resident on January 1, 1994.
    • She lived in the United States for 3 years, then returned to her native country for 1 year and 3 months.
    • She got a Re-entry Permit before leaving the United States so that she could keep her Permanent Resident status.
    • The applicant re-entered the United States with Permanent Resident status on April 1, 1998.
Question: When is the applicant eligible for naturalization?
Answer: On April 2, 2002, 4 years and 1 day after she returned to the United States. The last 364 days the applicant was out of the United States count toward her time as a Permanent Resident in “continuous residence,” but the 3 years in the United States before leaving do not.''''''

Could anyone help me to understand when am i going to be eligible in applying Naturalization

my arrival date in USA 20/12/2017 + 4 years 1 day which means 21/12/2021 or

Re entry permit expire date 27/06/2018 + 4 years 1 day which means 28/06/2022,

since i got reentry permit in either date can i get early filling option which it allows to fill out the n400 3 month before eligibility date

Thank you so much in advance for help.
