  • Are you eligible for any citizenship or passport that you choose not to take?

    Hi
For example, maybe your ancestors left a country under unfortunate circumstances, or your home country is an enemy of your country of heritage. Maybe you don't want to obtain a passport you're eligible for because it would come with tax or military service obligations. Or it's maybe as simple as you don't feel a connection with a certain country you can obtain citizenship and a passport from?

Just curious if anyone is in such a situation.

Not personally but know a couple of US citizens that born in Venezuela. They can get a passport and in theory, they are already Venezuelan citizens.

My father could not find his grandfather's grave for many years. We applied to various archives, but all to no avail. On the Internet, I found a system with which you can search for people's heritage. The site https://peoplelegacy.com/ is very easy to use, you can search by name of a relative, look through all the cemeteries. Thanks to this system we found a grave.
