Hello,
I've been a green card holder since 2016. I'm now trying to file for naturalization online. I have a question about my 2 DUI records. I had a one back in 2013. I received a PBJ and finished the probation a year after. In 2019, I was charged with another DUI, but then later found not guilty on all charges except for speeding 48 on 40 zone. On the N-400 form, I answered yes to all charged, cited, convicted, alternative sentencing, and probation questions. Is that accurate? I also uploaded all documents related to the incidents including citations, court dispositions, and probation record. My concern is that even though I was not guilty on 2nd DUI charge, does it hurt my application on the Moral Character part because it was in the 5 year period?
Any input would be appreciated. I haven't consulted with an immigration lawyer yet. I'm wondering if I can just skip that. But, I also want to stay on the safe side.
Thanks in advance,
