Is APTC (Advance Premium Tax Credit) a public charge when applying for N-400?

I have my conditional green card through marriage with a US citizen now. I am planning on applying for N-400 later this year.

Because of a career change, I have get our health insurance through an exchange. Our income will be lower as a result so we should qualify for APTC. Did anybody get APTC and file N-400 successfully too?
