Out of the process time waiting 18 months Lawrence MA

Hello, I send the n400 papers to uscis on August 2020
,and I passed the interview at march/30th/2021. I ask to change my name, so the officer told you need to wait 1 month to get the appointment for the oath of ceremony.
After month at April/30th/2021 the online tracker said that your oath of ceremony canceled twice. Since April last year, I called a lot and I did multiple requests but the response was the case under review. Is there anything I can do? My uscis center is in Lawrence MA.

Ive seen people contact their local representative, Ombudsman and Senator in this situation and that seems to nudge things along soon after. There was also this recent post that seems similar to yours. Maybe this could help also
