N-600K form

Dear Sirs,

I'm going to file form N-600K for my two children under the age of 18 years, whose mother and granmother, now living in Italy, are US Citizens and meet eligibility requirements according to section 322 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
After reading form istructions, I would need to know:
- where and how to send the form;
- instructions on the filing fee method of payment (how to pay and to whom);
- payment proof to attache to the form;
- who must be interviewed and where.

Hello sir,

For an N-600K, if documentary evidence is not complete, it may help to have the qualifying parent or grandparent who meets the residence requirement be there to give testimony and fill in gaps. Also, other close family members and friends can provide sworn statements either at the interview or just provide something in writing (should include a standard statement about " I certify, under penalty of perjury etc...") for you to submit. Look at the fee waiver guidance page on uscis.gov for how to prepare an affidavit and the standard wording to be used.

Also, to give you an idea of what the Adjudicating Officer will look for, please see uscis.gov , laws tab, link to ...handbooks and maual... then adjudicator's field manual, chapter 71.
