Filed Sep 2021- Showing as 0 Days..What is Next?

Myself and my wife filed on Sep 2021 and it was showing like 8 months with Biometric re-used...

for me, it was showing as 8,7,6,5,4 and then jumped again to 8 months and now reduced to 6 months

for my wife, it was showing as 8,7,6,5 months and days and now 0 days.

so what is next? will it just stay as ZERO forever? should we be just waiting and nothing more can be done?

It might just be a system glitch or hopefully means that your wife will be hearing from them shortly. From this forum there have been multiple occasions where HW apply together and one of them will become a citizen months before the other despite applying all at the same time. I think the reasons were different agents were working on their cases.

Personally id still use your current timeline as your wife's one to but if you still haven't heard anything by the time you have and your wife is still showing 0 then I would contact them or your local senator to look into it.

For my own case, the estimated timeline jumped continuously backwards and forwards. By the time I had my oath ceremony it was still showing 9 months estimated wait time.

I would not be surprised to hear that in a couple of days your wife is back at 6 months!

I wouldn't stress too much about it at the moment as its still early days but definitely keep an eye on it.

Please update us with what happens even if by tomorrow your wife is back at 6 months. The estimated time thing seems to have a life of it own and im sure someone else will also have a 0 month thing happen to them and hearing your story being concluded will definitely help ease their fears!
