Hello,
I have held a Greencard since 2015. I applied for citizenship last year. In February, I successfully passed my immigration interview, but the officer claimed needing more time, as he had not looked at my file yet (in 8 months!). Yesterday, my N-400 Application for Naturalization was denied. While I haven't received the official letter yet, I am assuming the reason for denial was the required 3 months of state residency prior to application. I am an airline pilot, and I am forced to relocate frequently (as I was last year due to the pandemic). I provided reasonable evidence of my presence in Colorado when I filed (two mortgage statements and relocation letter from my employer. This is particularly aggravating. Would you suggest appealing the decision (N-336), and how likely is it so succeed?
Thank you.
