How to correct an error on n400 application!

In studying for my wife's interview in a couple of weeks, we discovered to our horror that somehow we stated that her married name was the only name she has gone by! Obviously it is not, and they do have her birth certificate etc with her maiden name. but... What do we do???

Your wife can request the interviewing officer to update the details. They can change it during the interview. She can explain that it was an honest/un-intentional mistake. Nothing to worry about as I don't think it is a major issue.
