My Wife not getting Interview Schedule since 2018

My Wife's N400 application was submitted on August 28, 2017. Then she got her first interview date around May 2018 but due to her father's death she was in Bangladesh and could not attend the interview and she sent letter with explanation to get a new interview date.
Then she was fingerprinted again in 2019 but since then no changes and no updates. Have sent multiple inquiry and got the same reply that this is under review and will get an answer when it is done.
Is there any thing to do ?
