Denver Office, Interview Completed, 2 weeks waiting time?

One of my friend appeared for the interview today, 15 mins quick interview and he passed all the tests and the officer said ,all good however it will get final review/approval by the higher officer and will recieve oath ceremony letter in 2 weeks....should he worried or all OK? his form said something like "decision cant be made this application" etc...

Super common and I wouldnt worry at all! This is more on the Officer than your friend. They probably need someone to confirm their decision (possibly new officer)
