How Soon Can I apply for a Passport at my Passport Agency after my Oath Ceremony?

I have urgent travel 11 days after my Oath Ceremony.

How soon can I book an appointment after my oath ceremony? Is it recommended to wait a few days for state to update your records or something? OR

Am I allowed to get the passport the Next day if I can land an appointment?

If you are planning on getting the same day passport then I don't think you are able to book an appointment until at most 3 days before your travel date. Just checked the website and apparently there's an emergency travel one that you can apply within 14 days of travel. I have only ever seen people do the 3 day one, so not sure how successful people have been for applying 14 days ahead of time one.

The Info that I received when I became a citizen only mentions a wait time of 10 days before updating SS. For the passport section it just says you are now eligible so I think you should be fine.

Sorry for not answering the question. I think you should be fine! I have seen previous people do it but only with the within 3 days of travelling appointment. The only other option may be asking to postpone your Oath until after you come back!
