OCI for Mom that just was divorced.

Hi. I hope someone can help me solve this puzzle. My mom is recently divorced. She also moved to a new house. She has applied and received a new passport. We are trying to complete the OCI Miscellaneous Services so that The OCI matches her new passport. My question is: 1. What documents are required to submit her OCI based on her new marital status? 2. Is there a way of contacting support or customer service to help answer these questions?
Any help would be much appreciated.
