Can you run into problems at your interview if you have visa from a foreign country without working permission (student or student relative) that was issued before the interview in your passport?

At an N-400 interview it is not uncommon for you to have many old visa stamps in your passport.

Are you talking about you as U.S. greencard holder getting a visa for a long substantive stay in a third country?

If it from the past, hopefully it did not disrupt your continuity of residence and if it did that you have waited long enough to overcome any break.

If you are talking about an ongoing situation it depends. Have you also got a re-entry permit?

Is a visa that id for upcoming foreign study? If it is it will become useless when you naturalize because then you'll be a US Citizen and that changes visa requirements.

These are all just speculative wanderings based a very vague question without much detail.
