N-600 or N-400: Should I apply N-600 or N-400 for my daughter who turned 18 recently

Hello All,
My daughter became a derived US citizen thru my naturalization. She holds a US Passport. We also prefer to apply and get her Certificate of Citizenship by submitting N-600.
Question: As she has already turned 18, is it advisable to apply for N-600 or N-400?

Since she is already a US citizen, she cannot file N-400 to apply for naturalization. She can file N-600 for a Certificate of Citizenship if she wants to pay the more than a thousand dollar fee.
