N400 based on marriage

Hi I am currently holding a 10 year GC (based on marriage ) but unfortunately I didn't apply for N400 yet. I passed the 3 year rule. Does this mean that I have to wait for the 5 year rule to apply?

Please advice, Thank you

No. There is no such thing as "passing" a rule. If you still qualify under the 3-year rule (i.e. you have been a permanent resident for 3 years, you have been married for 3 years, and your spouse has been a US citizen for 3 years), you can apply under the 3-year rule.
